All of our chocolates are made with an Organic Single Origin chocolate from Costa Rica. It is grown on a Certified organic estate in Costa Rica and is harvested and processed by a co-operative of farmers who receive wages that are 2-3 times the minimum wage - representing a sustainable income, as well as health care and other benefits. The estate serves as a wildlife corridor offering refuge to native species, maintaining a natural balance of diverse rainforest plants and harvesting methods without negative environmental impacts.
