An idea that had been brewing in Jaime Nichols mind for years has at last come to fruition, in the form of a charming pastry and champagne boutique called French Kiss in the heart of downtown Ashland.

Working in high end retail management with the cosmetic industry in Nevada, Nichols dreamed of indulging in her true passion – a fondness for baking planted at her father’s apron and nourished by pastry school and five years of living in Europe, where her love of pastries bloomed.
